Our approach to managing behavior
We know children respond best where there is mutual courtesy, kindness and respect . Our behavior policy forms a fundamental part of all aspects of teaching and learning. We support children’s self-esteem, empathy for others and respect for the world for which we live in. We avoid using strategies for children that lead to fear, humiliation, guilt or rejection.
