Childcare Vouchers are a benefit available to working parents whose employers offer the scheme. The voucher scheme benefits both basic and high rate tax-payers however they are only redeemable with “approved” or “registered” child carers.
The vouchers are either issued directly through the employer or through a scheme run by your employer in conjunction with a recognised voucher company.
You can save up to £2,000 + per family depending on your personal and employment circumstances
The vouchers enable you to save money on the amount of National Insurance and Income Tax you pay. Each parent can claim up to £55 a week (maximum £243 per calendar month).
This is usually deducted from your salary and used to provide childcare vouchers for the same amount. It is deducted from your gross salary before National Insurance and Income Tax is deducted which means the amount on which your National Insurance and Tax is calculated on, will be less.
Depending on whether the employer is registered with a scheme both working parents can claim vouchers making a total of £110 per week (£486 per calendar month) in childcare vouchers.

We currently accept all childcare vouchers.
If you receive paper vouchers, simple hand these to the nursery which will then be redeemed each month against your fees, or you can redeem the voucher yourself.
Alternatively, many providers now offer an automatic redemption process. Once you have made this arrangement, the redemption takes place at the same time each month, without any further action needed on your part.
If you pay the balance of your fees by direct debit, once we know that you are redeeming childcare vouchers automatically, we will only ever take your invoice total less your monthly voucher payment.
If you have more than one child at the nursery, you can choose whether the voucher payment is split between your accounts, or redeemed against just one account.
