If your child is moving onto our Nursery School we will ensure through visits, discussions and information sharing with school staff and parents that your child‘s experience is a positive one. In the first weeks of your child attending Nursery School, staff who are familiar to your child will be on hand to support your child if needed.
If your child has been offered a Nursery School place and you need more than the 2 and half hours free nursery education place because of work, training or life style requirements we have a service called Extended and Wrap around Child care. This enables your child to be cared for in one setting.
This is what it will look like depending on your situation
Your child has a morning place at Nursery School 9-11.30, but you need care from 8am until 6pm. Our wrap around service will meet your needs. From 8-9 and 11.30 -6 we will care for your child under day care arrangements.
If your child has a place in the afternoon 1-3.30 and you need care until 6pm we will care for your child from 3.30-6 this is know as extended.
If your child has a morning place at Nursery School 9-11.30 and you need to drop your child of earlier due to other commitments we will care for your child 8-9am and transfer your child to Nursery School.
