A big thanks to everyone who raised money for Children In Need …. we collected £174
Lots of children and parents attended the firework and bonfire. Please let us know if you’d like us to have it next year in the evening after school.
Parents of children who will be 5 next school year Sept. 2009-August 2010 are reminded that it is very important to fill in and return the orange application form for Primary School. If you’ve not received a form please can you ask at Reception for one. The deadline is 12th January 2009.
With dark nights and busy roads it’s essential that families and children learn about Road Safety. Come along to one of our sessions next week either Monday 1st December at 1.30 pm or Tuesday 2nd December at 9.30 to find out how to help your child to be safe and to be seen.
We have a new Parent Governor Mrs Rizwana Ayub. We still have some governor vacancies which we’re keen to fill. If you’d like to support the school and centre by becoming a governor please talk to Mrs Dix the Headteacher.
Just a reminder for children in the 3-5s we finish for Christmas Holidays on Friday 19th Dec 2008 and return to school on Monday January 5th 2009
Look for the display in the corridor by the blue room that will show you where to find you child’s book . Please take time to look at the book with your child.
